Service Terms

A minimum purchasing value of 20,000 U.S. dollars is needed per shipment.

Buyer will confirm confirmation of the container size within 7 business days (20 or 40 feet container).

All payments must be made in advance, we accept bank transfers and PayPal . If you have any concerns regarding the payment terms, please contact us directly.

It is the buyers responsibility to clear customs after the goods arrive at your selected POD (Port of Discharge).

Product Details Discussion

Once we have the necessary information, we will book a meeting with our team to discuss and confirm all order details.

Sourcing and Quoting

We will begin sourcing the products and provide you with price quotes.
04.
Payment Transfer

An initial invoice will be issued for your review before payment. Payment will be made via wire transfer through a bank counter or online banking.
05.
Order Processing

Orders will begin to be processed upon confirmation of payment.
06.
Inspection and Reporting

We will inspect the goods and provide reports through online meeting, photos, and videos for your approval.
07.
Invoice and Shipping Arrangement

Upon your acceptance of the quality and cost, we will issue a second invoice, including our commission, for you to cover inland and shipping costs. We will then arrange the shipping.
08.
Customs Clearance

Customs clearance will be handled for your shipment after receiving the second payment.
09.
Document Provision
-
We will send the necessary documents (bill of landing, invoice, product list, etc.) for you to clear customs upon arrival at the destination port.
